Coastal Living Comes Back to the Hamptons

Sketch of the 2016 Coastal Living Showhouse.

Everybody wants to come to the Hamptons, including Coastal Living. The magazine, which most recently featured Sag Harbor in its pages, is bringing its famed Coastal Living 2016 Showhouse to Bridgehampton this year.

The 6,800-square-foot house will be located at 272 Brick Kiln Road, which is definitely inland, but I’m sure it won’t disappoint. The three-story (what CL calls a “cellar” instead of a lower level, plus first and second floors) Showhouse will have six bedrooms, a gym, home theater, game room and wine cellar. Additional amenities include a pool, pool house and tennis court.

The house opens to the public on June 10 for tours. Meg Braff is the designer. Fred Throo Architects and Touch of Grey are the builders.

The 2015 Hampton Designer Showhouse (our local Showhouse–not affiliated with Coastal Living) is still on the market. Reduced to $4.995 million, that modern barn in Bridgehampton was built by Christopher Tufo Design & Build and is represented by Hedy Tufo of Sotheby’s International. I’ll keep you updated on where the 2016 Hampton Designer Showhouse will be.

The 2015 Hampton Designer Showhouse can be yours for just under $5 million.
