* Guild Hall in East Hampton will open three new exhibitions today: “Selfies and Portraits of the East End,” Nicole Bigar: Muses Past and Present” and “Hal Buckner.” A reception will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Additionally, Jack Ceglic, Anh Duong, Bastienne Schmidt, and Darius Yektai will participate in a panel discussion from 3 to 4 p.m. today. “Selfies” is dedicated to the memory of Tom Twomey and features the work of: Linda Alpern, Ross Bleckner, Jack Ceglic, Fischer Cherry, Ann Chwatsky, Chuck Close, Anh Duong, Eric Fischl, Cornelia Foss, John Hardy, Soren Hope, William King, Jill Krementz, Laurie Lambrecht, Christa Maiwald, Jonathan Morse, Elizabeth Peyton, Bastienne Schmidt, Julian Schnabel, Lola Montes Schnabel, Joan Semmel, Cindy Sherman, Billy Sullivan, Susan Tepper, Robert Wilson, Darius Yektai and others, including selections from the permanent collection. www.guildhall.org

* The Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill will host “The Hamptons Get Mortified,” a live stage show where participants share embarrassing memories from childhood, today at 6 p.m. Selected presenters will read personal journal entries, letters and poems; or show home movies or artwork at the program. www.parrishart.org
