Either there’s legitimately been a lot of restaurant news lately or I’m just ravenous. Probably a combination of the two.
In what should be great news for the East End foodie scene, I hear that Food & Co. owner Eric Miller is going to open a “seafood-to-table” space in the old Andrra with partner Richard Silver. The Bay Kitchen & Bar is set to open Memorial Day on Gann Road in East Hampton.
It’s always great to have a place that offers water views, marina access AND fresh, local-caught seafood–especially here where it should be the norm. The eatery will boast a raw bar, East End sourced seafood, Long Island duck and several clambakes, barbeques and other shindigs. Can’t wait to try it!
The site is already live on OpenTable. Here’s the link: http://www.opentable.com/bay-kitchen-and-bar.
